THE PROCESS

Complete our online cremation planner by clicking here.  Please allow 1 hour to provide all the necessary information.  We’ll require the following :

  • Deceased’s name, date of birth, place of birth, date of death, place of death, occupation.
  • Place and dates of all marriages. (if applicable)
  • Details of all children, father and mothers names and occupations.
  • Your name, address, phone, email and relationship to the deceased.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  Payment by funds transfer is also accepted, however payment needs to be received in full prior to the cremation.

You’ll receive an email requesting your electronic signature on 4 documents.  By following the instructions in the email, please sign the documents electronically.

Alternatively, you can choose to download and print the documents.  Sign and return them by post or delivery to one of our locations.
